Displays are broken right out of the box!

I have 3 laptops that came out of a box and screens are broken, HP needs a Live chat like DELL has makes things easy, I can do other work while on chat, i have phones ringing and people walk in, I have business chats going on while i get laptops fixed with DELL  HP needs to get up to speed with life!
