Hello,

 

I have purchased a new hp laptop and I cannot dispute the warranty period.

 

I followed this guide ( https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16 ) but cannot find the link for disputing the warranty and the warranty period is wrong.

 

Could you please help?

How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.


If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions.

When I looked at that warranty link I noticed that commercial laptop warranty cannot be disputed online.
