Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My case number is [Private information removed],I purchase amazon ,but amazon is not replace my product unit,my laptop is seald,I have doa certificate,I say amazon but amazon not replace my unit.amazon say to me please contact to hp service provider.

For warranty issues, you have to contact HP Customer Support on your own.
