Hello

for some time I have had a problem with my client with i-tec docking stations (model C31DUALDPDOCKPD). There is a problem with LAN operation with the HP Probook 430 G6 notebook or HP 640 G8. The client writes that the network connection is reset after several dozen seconds .....

USB-C connection

 

The station works properly with notebooks, e.g. Dell

There are descriptions of similar problems in the network, e.g. Lenovo notebooks

I am asking for help on the subject
