HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G45AV)

My speakers drop connection intermittently when I am connected to the docking station.  Tried headphones, updated Windows and drivers, no luck.  It says there is no output device, then pops connects only to drop.  I have the same docking station USB-C G5 on my work laptop with no issues.

Your machine is NOT compatible with HP USB-C G5 dock. Please check the following document
