Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC

Hello,

 

A few months ago I had an automatic BIOS update take place last month and since then my laptop randomly does not charge with the USB-C HP docking station that I bought for it.

 

I am aware of how to reset the laptop for 20 seconds to fix this but it still keeps on reoccurring from time to time and I want to know when is this going to be fixed? Other than this slight issue it is a good laptop.

 

I upgraded the BIOS to the most recent one today however it has still not resolved the issue. 

 

The system BIOS is R70 Ver. 01.25.00.
