Hello i just want to know if HP 14-Cm0011ax have a slot for SSD without removing the HDD

Hi,

Yes, it has an M2 SSD slot with support for M2 SATA3 SSD and much faster M2 PCIe NVMe SSD of your desired brand and capacity.

On page 39 of the service manual you can see the steps to install the drive:

You will need to install the OS on the SSD for performance gain.

Yes, you can put the SSD without removing the HDD. You will need to install the OS on the SSD for performance gain and then remove the OS from the HDD.
