Ah, OK.

Well, were it me, I'd open the HP Store in my region and searching using as much of the actual information that I have available.

You can also use the HP Website Support website Device pages to find information.

(Link / Information near the end of this message)

For example, search for models :  HP Envy 13  x360

Reminders

There are regional differences - for example, the models available to me in the USA are likely different from the model names in your region.

That said, it is not always "one is better than the other" - models are sometimes very much the same except for the actual "Product Number" (which does reflect the region in which that model is sold / available).

Another difference that impacts the Product Number:  HP Store sells those products that HP chooses to feature for sale.  Slightly different models can be found at authorized retailers.  For example, some retailers "put together" a lesser expensive combination of components and sell that model.  HP might not sell the exact same model / combination.

How to know?

At the store AND at the Support Website for the product:

Read the Technical Notes, the User Guide, Check the Specifications,

At the Store:  Contact the Store / merchant in your region and ask for help.
