Donated laptops with Bios locked, Need assistance to be able to use them

Elitebook 2760p

We are a school and have have several laptops donated to use from an Airforce base.

the Bios is locked on the PC and i am not able to install a operating ststem to them in this condition.

the machines are Elitebook 2760p

 

can anyone please provide either a way to unlock the bios or maybe even a way to cntact HP t odiscuss this with them

i did try that suggestion before posting.

i made the flash drive but it wont boot to it as the bios it set to boot to harddrive andf not flash drive.

there is no harddrive in the computer. 

it wont boot to a c: in order to try the rest of the steps in REO51ST suggestion

Go to options and make a bootable  HDD.

 

I use this cable to make a bootable drive.

 

ConCable.JPG

 

Then install the HDD and boot from it.
