Hello, I am having an issue with 2 E24 G4 monitors not being detected.  They are hooked to a USB-C G5 docking station and that is hooked to an EliteBook 850 G8.  These are my troubleshooting steps so far:

- I have tried to reseat the cables at both the dock and the monitors.

- I have tried unplugging the USB-C cable from the laptop and plugging it back in several times

- tried one of the monitors on an All in One G6 and it displays normally

- hooked up a HDMI cable from the laptop itself to a monitor and it displays normally

- tried a different USB-C G5 dock and ac adapter

- tried the "Enable High Resolution Mode when connected to a USB-C DP alt mode" option in BIOS

- color setting on each laptop is set to Neutral

- upgraded the firmware on each dock that I tried to version 1.0.15.0

- Video driver installed is Intel Iris Xe graphics, version 30.0.101.1404

All other connections have worked fine off of the dock(keyboard, mouse, ethernet, USB flash drive)

I'm at a complete loss as to why these monitors won't display.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
