Product: EliteBook x360 1030 G2 stopped charging over thunderbolt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everybody,
I'm using an i-tec Thunderbolt 3 Dock to connect and charge my Elitebook via a thunderbolt cable. Worked fine until shortly:
I installed a Windows update some days ago. Around the same time the notebook stopped charging via thunderbolt. All other thunderbolt features continue working.
All Windows and HP updates (via HP support assistant) have been made.
Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks in advance and kind regards!
