Product: HP ZBook 14 Mobile Workstation (ENERGY STAR)

Started having issue with FN + VOL key combo - that wouldn't change VOL, instead it brought up "Turn on Caret browsing" screen. I resolved that by doing BIOS change FN enable switch.  

 

Since the BIOS change, I have present issue: ESC key no longer works as expected, instead triggers "System Information" screen.
