Product: Elite 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello! 

MY Elite 8460p is not responding . It was working well but at night I shut down and next day I tried to start my laptop but it was not running and did not responding any thing and look like dead even power light and  charging light  is not on even when I plug charger no one light on  (none of lights are on) . I tried usual common methods like removing battery pressing hold power button for 30 to 60 second and then plug on . but it did not run. 

one thing more power button some time not working.but  same problem occurred almost 7 month age but removing  battery and plug in charger method was successful
