HP Elite X2 1012 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased the HP Universal USB-C docking station (1MK33AA) as a back-up to my original HP USB-C Dock (HSA 935326-001).

But when I connect my Elite X2 1012 G1 tablet to my external monitor via the Displayport (using HP Displayport to HDMI adaptor) it is not recognised by the Elite X2.

I have tried this on 3 different monitors with the same result, but all is ok when i connect the display port to the monitors using my orginal USB-C Dock.

The 1MK33AA charges the tablet and I can use the USB connectors with no issue, but I just have the problem when I connect an external monitor using the displayport connections.

The 1MK33AA is supposed to compatible with my Elite X2 (according to the HP website) so any advise to get the monitor recognised would be very welcome.

Many thanks and best regards
