Product: EliteBook 840 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have 3 laptops (Elitebook840 G6) having the speakers or microphone turning off randomly while attending or hosting a webmeeting. Most of the time,the user has to get out the meeting and come back to make it works again. Sometimes he has to reboot. All  firmware and drivers are up to date. The users are working from different locations. Any idea?
