EliteBook Folio G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to boot to a USB drive and nothing I have tried seems to work.

The USB drives boots without problem in every other device I have tried.

The EliteBook Folio G1 recognises the USB drive but when I select it from the boot menu, the screen goes blank, then there's a beep, then it returns to the boot menu.

I have gone into the bios settings and enabled legacy boot and disabled secure boot, but the same thing happens... and when I return to the bios settings, legacy boot is back off and secure boot is back on.

It's driving me mad.

No worries. After trying the same thing for about the hundredth time, it suddenly asked me to type a code to confirm I wanted to turn off secure boot. Not sure why it never did that every previous time.
