EliteBook won’t start.

When I’m trying to start our computer I’m unable to do so. The problem is that the screen is dark and the keyboard is flashing in the same sequence as the front lights are. 

the power light blinks -> all lights blinks -> power light blinks -> all lights blinks  repeat

 

ive tried to disconnect the AC, hold the power button and no sound button for a variety of combinations but unable to get any response. 

I don’t know what to do
