Product: Elitebook x360 1040 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have just bought brand new Elitebook x360 1040 G6 and I have an issue with not working FN + PRT SC.
It does not activate print screen. I have just stopped using Elitebook x360 1040 G5 and the button combination was working just fine.
I did run the HP assistant for updates, windows updates and I also tried installing FN keys driver from HP support website.
Non of above resolved the issue.
Any tips on how to solve it would be much appreciated.
