Trying again with more concise request: Wife's company bankrupt. IT left as soon as announced abandoned equipment. She contacted with company email with APPLE to allow me to "Factory Reset" tracked iPads--NO PROBLEM! We had No Problem with Samsung to "Factory Reset" their tablets. She doesn't CARE what is on this ElitePad 1000 g2 and wants the simple concise way to do a "Factory Rest!. The ElitePad is "locked" to a Bios password and nobody knows what it is, (remember IT Bailed!). I asked this as a simple question earlier this week and was shut down over something that did not apply. PLEASE someone help with an answer on this issue. Otherwise, it becomes a doorstop brick and I will continue to believe only in APPLE Products! BTW: I am Dyslexic and sometime I have a hard time understanding things. This site is difficult at best, because I cant figure out how to reply to these responses.
