Product: HP EliteBook 745 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

 

when I power on my HP Elitebook 745 G5 3UN74EA, the screen goes on and the HP Sure Lock Start Screen appears but nothing happens afterwards. If I try ESC or F10 to enter some BIOS or Startup option I can see the notebook recognizes the input with a message like "starting BIOS menu..." but nothing happens afterwards.

 

The Notebook is updated to to latest BIOS 1.19 and also all other BIOS releavnt updates are installed. Guarantee is until June 2023 via Care Pack.

 

I can power up or down the sytem via the Power key, and it reconginzed ESC or F10 input. But it looks like anything else isnt working.
