Product: Elitebook 830 g7

I bought this for 800 bucks from a girl on facebook marketplace. It was fine while checking it out at the meetup spot. Now i get home and it has a legal notice about thw intellectual property and login screen is other user trying to log in to CORP. Did i just get screwed out of 800 dollars? How do i find out the administrator password? Any help is grately appriciated.
