Product: Elitebook 840G1U

the laptop does not start. however, the notebook does not respond only if I connect the charging adapter to it, so the orange and three white LEDs start flashing. two of them are on the front panel under the keyboard 1 orange 1 white and these are from charging and power. and the other two whites are on the power and caps lock button .. all four LEDs keep flashing the same and at the same time until I unplug the charging adapter .. can anyone advise me what to do with that laptop? A what is the problem?? thank you very much for your help
