Hey everyone, I've got the above laptop and having an odd issue with the keyboard. What's really odd is the same issue occurs using an external keyboard.
So booting into a bootable linux distro and opening a writer document to figure out the keys pressed
Pressing q logs me out and then need to use a virtual keyboard to get back in Pressing n on it's own acts as if I have pressed ctrl+n followed by ctrl+h
Pressing esc behaves as if I have pressed ctrl+e and whatever keyboard combination is used to open the system monitor.
Hoping I can perform some sort of reset or the next step is to open up and disconnect keyboard to see if that's the issue.
Thanks for any advice.
