Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, have a customer with a brand new HP 845 G9 laptop that is experiencing issues with the touchpad randomly disappearing. She has to restart the laptop when this happens to get it working again. There do not appear to be any drivers for it to try downloading and upgrading, they seem to be built in to Windows. Note we are running W10 Enterprise 22H2.

 

Any thoughts on what I might be able to try besides swapping the laptop out for the customer? Already ran this by our internal engineering, they have never heard of this issue and have no ideas. TIA
