Dear community,

the tray of my SIM-Cart Slot is stuck inside the computer case. It is supposed to have a spring mechanism that pushes it out when you give it a small push, but my seems to be blocked somehow. What can I do?

Thanks and kind regards,

Eike

That is an option. Machines w/o SIM card option have a dummy plastic which is not removable. Did you buy SIM card option with WWAN card pre-installed ?

Regards.

Hello Banhien,

thank you for your reply. At our company everyone has the same version with a Sim-Card Slot.  Mine has a slot as well that can be pushed, but it is stuck inside the computer and can't be freed.
