Have recently obtained a replacement camera for the above all in one and have the same problem that existed with what i assumed was a faulty unit ?? i get the same results where the camera is not detected or shown in the device manager !!

Anyone had similar issues and found a solution ??

Thanks, Alan.

try the driver for the G7 and if that does not work then then the older ones

HP driver dated 2020, Notebook 830 G5

There ia a May 22, 2024 driver for Windows 11 24h2
It was for the 845 G7 notebook

If you get a message to the effect that "the best driver is already installed" then uninstall  "Microsoft's BLESS'ED" driver and try the G7 one again.

Hi,

Thanks for the response and apologies for delay in replying ! I have downloaded all drivers that you suggested and have encountered a weird situation ? None of the drivers would load ? they all got as far as 'make changes to this PC' and went no further ??? As this PC was part of an Ex. business job lot I was wondering if somehow it is possible to make changes to the software to ensure that employees did not use them for leisure purposes ? all very strange especially with the camera not showing at all in device manager ? Both cameras that i have tried have the same problem ?? If you have any suggestion's, ideas etc. i would appreciate that !!

Many Thanks, Alan.
