Hello,
I'm part of a corporate company with HP priority assistance, I did registere my email address to create support cases, however upon logging in I get "Email ID not registered in the portal", I'm propted to register (again) and if I try to do so I get "Duplicate contacts found...".
I've tried to get in touch with the Italian support (a +39 800 ... phone number) however it seems like it's offline - sounds always busy since last Friday.
