Email issue with outlook

Just bought this HP from the store. Downloaded outlook from Ap store. Synched my email. I cannot forward any of them. When I send out an email it does not show up in the sent folder on the same computer. All the options to forward emails are grayed out. Do not understand why?

HP does not own and support Outlook (for Windows). MS has new Windows Outlook now, very similar to Outlook from Office. Please try that, simply click to switch to new Outlook.

Thank you for trying to help me but I still cannot figure it out. where do I look for that other email platform? Im not sure how to find it.
