Product: HP Envy 17"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Envy 17" has a broken right hinge. Finally made positive contact with HP Smart Friend....no replacement part exists according to his catalog. Disappointed in dead end customer service for this product. What to do? (besides obviously shop for a new notebook from alternative maker)
