I purchased the renewal for my laptop's care pack almost a full month before it expired and upon checking my products, it still shows "shipping" and I'm having trouble getting support for it becuase now my laptop showed a popup stating its expired since Dec 30, 2019 and I renewed my warranty care pack on Dec 2, 2019. What will I do? Please help.
