Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our monitors (connected with DisplayPort to the USB-C docking station) do not wake up after laptop goes to sleep, when trying to resume work on the computer all other devices plugged into the dock resume function except monitors.

We are using probook 450 g8 and elitebook 850 g8 with the dock all with updated drivers/bios.  The docks have also had the firmware updated and the problem still persists.

Unplugging the dock from the laptop and reconnecting fixes the issue.

Some of the users leave the laptop closed so only the external monitors could be set as the main display and the issue occurs for them as well.  I will make sure that any users who leave their laptops open have the External display set as the main display to see if it helps.
