Dear all,

I submit this issue to you. When the HP EliteBook 840 14" G9 is connected to the HP USB-C G5 Dock the HP P22h G4 FHD monitor very often disconnects for a few seconds. I have updated all drivers via HP Support Assistant software, but issue persists. This issue is present in both Windows 10 (22H2) and Windows 11 (22H2).

Any support from you is appreciated.

I have performed all the steps you listed above. But nothing has changed.

The issue in question is only detected in HP EliteBook 840 14" G9 laptops running Windows 10 and 11 version 22H2 with moment 3 update.
