Hello,

My company has four elitebook x360's and three of them are having the same exact issue. When in use, the fans make an awful clicking noise that is well heard when in video/audio meetings. No, this isn't the normal fan noise when task are running and the fans are blowing but it's a clicking noise (like a ratchet noise maker toy best way to describe it). I've tried cleaning them while also making sure the fans weren't hitting anything or had something wedged between them. Currently working on cases for them but I have a simple question. Is this a known issue with these models? Anyone else experience this at all or did I coincidentally receive a bad batch?

Thanks
