To anyone considering buying a business laptop from HP. I purchased he HP Spectre x360 after reading the industry reviews.
My experience is one to warn you off the product and at the very least not to buy directly. The product was shipped with no updates since April 2019, clearly not a new laptop. Furthermore, the laptop overheated within 20 mins of turning it on, despite it being on a cooling stand. This was with no applications running.
The process to send this back and get a refund has been awful, especially if you are used to more customer friendly companies like Apple or Samsung. To pick up the items took HP 5 days, after a further 8 days, I am still awaiting any formal response or refund. Not the experience you want when purchasing a high end business laptop.
If like me you are relying on a good post sales service and support, I urge you to reconsider buying through HP.
