Faulty power supply causing laptop not to charge

HP Recommended
Elitebook 6930p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My power supply was shorting and lazily and cheaply I still used it. One day it shorted really bad and stopped charging my laptop and I attempted to fix it and did. Unfortunately, the power supply shorted out forreal this time. I ordered a charger and It didn’t work. It only charged the laptop when it was off. I figured I had the wrong model and ended up buying another and another... None of them worked while the laptop was operating. So my guess is I ruined the charging Jack when the power supply shorted. Is there a way to fix this ir should I just a buy another one off of EBay or something?
