Ich habe von der HP-Support-Site die für mein Gerät angeblich akuelle Version des hp protect tools security manager heruntergeladen und installiert. Im Menü scheint das entsprechende Programm auf. Es kommt immer wieder die Fehlermeldung "Die App kann auf Ihrem PC nicht ausgeführt werden." mit dem Zusatz "hp protect tools security manager wird von dieser Version von Windows nicht unterstützt. Möglicherweise ist eine aktualisierte App verfügbar."

Dasd Programm lässt sich aber doch ausführen und ich konnte sogar die Fingerprints einlesen und sie funktionieren. Die Fehlermeldung taucht aber immer wieder auf.

Ich glaube auf Windows 10 Sie mussen "Windows Hello" benutzen als Fingerprint Sicherheit Programm. Und in dieser Forum mussen wir auf English schreiben. Wenn Sie mussen auf Deutsch gibt es Deutsch Forum.
