My computer was defective on arrival. The GPU fan doesn't function. I probably would not have noticed except it makes a clicking sounds when it attempts to run. I've interacted with 6 different support people so far in simply trying to get a replacement. Most have told me that the warranty expired in May 2020 and that I need to contact the sales team directly. I ordered and received the computer in August 2020, so apparently the warranty expired three months before I decided to buy this new computer. As I type this, I have been on hold with the sales department for 2hrs 15mins. How do I accomplish this very common, basic support task of getting a replacement for the lemon that I was sent?
