Does anyone know the procedures I have to go through in order to file a formal complaint? I bought an hp laptop less than 2 months ago. I had a problem that my touchpad would sometimes and all by itself go completely unresponsive. At first I thought it was a software problem and though there’s no way it would a hardware problem. But after numerous attempts of fixing it I gave up and went to a nearby service center since I still had my warranty. Turns out it was a hardware problem and will take from 2 to 3 weeks in order to be fixed??? I am a student and due to the current circumstances I just can’t afford three weeks without my laptop. I need someone to help me file a complaint to either somehow get my laptop fixed in a reasonable amount of time or just get me a new one. Thank you in advance
