Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to register a care pack but keep getting this error: 

 

Channel Service Network

Your HPID user ID is valid, but there are no GCSN user credentials linked to this ID. For help, please contact GCSN Business Support Organization.

Please click here to logout of the GCSN application, then login again.

 

Even if i log out and then back in I still receive the same error.
