Graphics Card Issue

HP Recommended
HP EliteBook 8540w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had an EliteBook 8540w that initially had an i7-620M with a NVIDIA Quadro FX 880M. I decided to upgrade the motherboard to a Quad Core board because the original board had an Bios lock and was unusable. (595765-001) I installed an Intel i7-840QM and 16 GB DDR3 to run the board and reinstalled the same Video Card. I used Windows 10. Everything works great until I install the video driver for the NVIDIA Card. The machine just automatically reboots itself after logging in to Windows 10. It just does this on a loop. I used the latest driver directly from HP and tried to just let WIndows find the driver but same result.  I am trying to isolate the problem but I'm sure its video card related. Everything works great until it installs the video driver. Any suggestions?
