HP 4545s
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Recently the HDD in my HP4545s laptop would not boot up.  I had that HDD removed and a new SSD installed.  The HDD is intact and I am currently evaluating options with various data recovery firms regarding data recovery on that HDD.  My laptop details (serial number, product number, etc) are registered on HPs website.  Since I no longer have access to the "device manager" on that HDD, is there any way to find out the specifics (manufacturer, etc) associated with that HDD?
