Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently opened my Envy 360 and the hinge in the left corner snapped. I noticed this is a common occurrence and would like to get this fixed because I really do love this computer. I take very good care of this laptop and with it only being 2 years old I don't feel this should have happened and it is a product defect.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
