My laptop display not working. I made a call with toll free Hp customercare number. From Hp care centre we discussed issue, by end of all checks they promised On-site person will come and check the issue within 3-days. All the days waited for a On-site service. On 3rd day I made a call again and discussed with Hp-Care on whatsapp, in conversation they told me my address was not registered that’s why they on-site person can’t reach for service. Again they taken address and full details. In discussion I told them my laptop warranty finishing tomorrow, So I can take this to an Authorized Hp service centre for better assistance. From Hp-care only given all address and all. When I reach service centre they told they don’t have my case I’d job. So they cannot attend. Later I call again with customer care number and with some request they finally told they will keep my laptop. But they will not repair until I submit original invoice
