Product: HP 120 W G2 Docking Station

So I work as a helpdesk. I have a user that has the G2 Docking station. Out of no where his G2 dock quit working with his work machine, but works with his personal laptop. I have updated the driver to the newest version HP has. Reset the laptop and the dock. Everything works via the dock but the monitor, but if he uses an HDMI directly from the laptop to the monitor it works as well.

Any suggestions?
