HP 15s-FQ2535TU

Dear Sir,

I bought laptop ie HP 15S-FQ2535TU from Croma on 09/09/2021. on Same day I checked my warranty status on HP website, but its showing laptop cover under extended warranty and 7 months remaining, It suppose to show 1 year warranty remaining that to cover under manufacture warranty not under extended warranty. its not even 24hr since I purchase this laptop from store and my 5 months warranty already wiped out. also its showing start date as April 01, 2021.

please look into it.

For an extended warranty, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
