HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4J4AV)

Hello HP-Community,


I bought the Notebook HP 250 G8 Notebook-PC (1T4J4AV) and every think was totally fine.
After 13 Month it got an failure, now only the Power LED light up and the screen stays black.

The repair store says the mainboard is broken.

The Notebook is looking like new and never dropped somewhere or got other damaged.
The HP Warranty is only 12 Month, and it feels a little bit weird that exact after the Warranty the device got an massive failure like this.

Are there some similar issues known for this Product?

 

Is it possible that HP can do something out of goodwill or to support me?
So I can use the Warranty from the reseller, but I need to prove that this damaged is not from me.

Is this a production error or something similar? Or can I let it check from a local HP Store for that kind of statement?
