Hello, I have recently bought two HP 255 laptops, a G3 and a G5, and I have a problem, both laptops have the K12 lock screen where it renders the laptop useless unless if returned to a local K12, I only bought these at a yard sale, so I don't know what to do, I tried reinstalling Windows 10 on the G5, it only worked until the lock screen showed up, I also tried updating the BIOS, but to no avail, I am at a complete loss, can someone help me remove this lock screen?
