Product: HP Dragonfly G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having trouble working out how to get the Active Pen G3 to work correctly on my Dragonfly G2.

 

The pen works perfectly when inking on a PowerPoint slide, on Microsoft Whiteboard or in OneNote.

 

However, when I use it to try handwriting in the Windows Pen & Ink entry box I get the first few strokes, then the screen goes black, then recovers, then black again, and eventually crashes out.
