Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I would like to bring this to your notice that my battery needs a replacement and I was prompted about the same from my PC and then I took a HP diagnostics test to check weather it is covered under warranty or not and it clearly said that it was covered under warranty and then I was asked to contact the customer care to discuss probable solutions and then they denied me that Battery is not covered under warranty and asked me to pay instead and made me a new case ID but when I checked in your website it clearly states that HP diagnostics decides if it is covered under the care pack or not.
Utterly disappointment with the way you guys are handling your customers.
