Product: HP ProBook 650 G2 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Laptop reports no battery recognized but laptop will run on battery only and on AC adapter only. The AC adapter test returns "Passed". Laptop fails battery test reporting "blown fuse" and error code UCXXVF-8H0B12-MFGK7G-C0CF13. Laptop will not charge battery. Battery is factory new (I've actually tested two new batteries and both return the same problem). What fuse is blown and where is it located - In the battery case or on the main board? What does the error code mean?
